While I appreciate every reader who visits this blog, here are some reasons not to read it.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques make you angry.
- You dislike cats and/or dogs.
- Water views make you squeamish.
- You avoid puns.
- You are in therapy with me. If that is the case, there might be Too Much Information in this blog, which could interfere with the important work we are doing together. If you are in individual and/or group therapy with me, I strongly recommend we have a conversation about this.
- You don’t like music videos.
- You find gratitude annoying.
Warmest thanks to all who help me create this daily blog and — of course! — to YOU.
The best reason I can think of for not reading this blog is that it makes me think. On the other hand, perhaps that is a good thing 🙂
Your thoughtful comments are a good thing, Derrick.
Or. . . if you think our current President is doing a great job and can’t appreciate the perspective of someone with a different opinion, don’t read this blog.
Did I say great?… I meant usually pretty good.
I appreciate the perspective of someone with a different opinion like you, Ray.
And likewise. I like the old saying that goes “If two people always agree, one of them is not necessary”
Thank you for this necessary comment, Ray!
You can’t keep us away Ann 💛
Thank goodness for that, Val! ❤
I have no reason to not read your blog but I do not like to see dogs dressed up as people and that won’t stop me from reading it. I have a tailor who makes clothing for her dog and I find it bizarre but I won’t stop going to her because she does that. I’m okay with dogs wearing weather protection but not clothes. Ooh, I feel like a venting blogger now!!
We have no reason not to vent to each other, Eleanor! ❤
As I read this I kept thinking “oh I hope there isn’t something I need to stop reading” because of. I am VERY pleased to say I am safe and found NO reasons to not read. 😉 (Double negatives were not listed).
I am VERY pleased that we read each other’s blogs, Colleen, no matter how many negatives there are.
😀
Oh the dogs…..those are reasons TO read. Can’t get enough pics of dogs. Particularly dogs wearing glasses on bikes.
Can’t get enough comments from you, Dawn.
So many reasons to come and stay!
So many reasons to appreciate you, David.
I’m all clear, Ann. Phew.
I’m relieved that you’re clear, Mark.
So many reasons to read you, Ivor, and to listen to Tom Waits.
Sorry, didn’t work. I’ll keep reading!
I have so many reasons to love this comment!
🙂
These funny reasons won’t make me stop reading.∠( ᐛ 」∠)_
You are very reasonable, New Bloggy Cat!
♡´・ᴗ・`♡
so there’s no reason
at all not to like your work, dear Ann!
i’m especially respectful of therapists
who continue to work on themselves 🙂
I am especially
respectful of
calm and reasonable
you, David.
Some more reasons I can think of not to visit this blog:
*You don’t want a positive outlook on life.
*You aren’t interested in the wider world.
*You hate to laugh.
All these reasons not to visit your blog bring me back here every day.
More reasons for us to visit each other, Chris.
What’s not to like? 🙂
I like this, Annabelle!
I like cats, dogs, puns, a water view…. But in life, aren’t we all in therapy together? So, now I am stumped!
In any case, it is never too much information. Especially when the infornation is misheard lyrics!
We may be stumped, Maureen, but let’s keep reading each other! ❤
awesome work done ✅

I see that you’re trying to give us reasons to read your blog.
