Day 3622: Focus

I woke up wondering what the focus of today’s blog post might be and then I thought, why not focus on focus?

These days, I have many centers of interest and activity (including group therapy for patients and providers, parenting, friendships, home repair, self-care, social media, writing, the news, word games, my original songs, travel, and cats), which makes it difficult to focus.

Now, I’m going to focus on quotes about focus.

That’s my cue to focus on my images for today.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “focus”:

Now I’m going to turn the focus to you: what are your thought and feelings about focus?

Many people recommend that we focus on gratitude, so thanks to all who help me focus every day, including YOU!

  1. Have I ever overcome a fear? I can’t think of any! But I try to keep the list from growing faster than inflation 🙂

  2. I appreciate your focus, Maureen!

  3. What fear have I overcome? Well, when I was much younger, like in college 100 years ago, I was afraid to go to the dining hall to eat alone. I was afraid people would think I don’t have any friends! Now, I am content to eat whenever, wherever, with whomever I please. And if it’s alone, so be it! I am not worried about what others think. Whew! What a relief it is!!
