Today is the wedding anniversary of my late, great parents, so I definitely need more self-care bingo.
Luckily, in a Coping and Healing group yesterday we added more squares to our self-care bingo cards.
My new squares are
- created something new,
- laughed with somebody,
- expressed my feelings,
- took a walk,
- ate something delicious,
- spent time with an animal,
- danced,
- listened to music I love,
- improved the moment,
- observed just noticed,
- acknowledged progress,
- looked at something beautiful,
- gave somebody a hug,
- accessed a good memory,
- was playful,
- returned an email,
- made a helpful call,
- set a limit,
- smiled at a stranger, and
- expressed gratitude.
Bingo!
