Day 3662: Favorite words

Do you see any favorite words in today’s blog post?

I’ve shared many favorite words in this blog post so far (resilient, compassion, peace, questions, flowers, laughs, power, write, story, superheroes, coping, healing, curiosity, content, clear, slow, fearless, quintessential, relax, synopsis, appreciation, save, travel, chocolate, energy, etc.). Let’s see what happens when I search for “favorite words” on YouTube.

I also find this when I search for “favorite words.”

I look forward to reading your favorite words in the comments section, below.

Finally, two of my favorite words are “thank” and “you.”

  1. I enjoyed the kids’ video (especially the word “um”) and the cat video, but the cat video is the most intriguing. I wonder how she made those buttons? I think it would be great fun to develop a communication system that allows your cat to speak to you. (Although I do think I understand my cat fairly well.)

  2. Great words … and now we find a way to live them 💐🙏🏼💛

  3. This is a delightful post, Ann. I loved the video with the children sharing their favorite words. Some good offerings. 🙂

  4. My favorite words are always the obscure ones, especially ones I think deserve more use, which is why my favorite word of all is xenium. According to the OED in ancient Greece and Rome it meant, “a present (esp. of table delicacies) given to a guest or stranger”. In the Middle Ages it would mean offerings made to princes, but then by the 19th century it again meant gifts, sometimes given out at holidays, to the sick and to strangers.
It’s a word that should be used more often.

  5. the video with the kids!

  6. You have a way with all words, Ann.
