I woke up wondering what the focus of today’s blog post might be and then I thought, why not focus on focus?

These days, I have many centers of interest and activity (including group therapy for patients and providers, parenting, friendships, home repair, self-care, social media, writing, the news, word games, my original songs, travel, and cats), which makes it difficult to focus.
Now, I’m going to focus on quotes about focus.

I feel that I’ve lost my focus, ironically, not by having too much to focus on but not having enough. I think, though, that the fix might be to try focusing on a few things. Joan seems to set a good example of how to focus.
