Day 3514: Energized

Because I’m only slightly extroverted (according to the Myers-Briggs test), I am energized both by being around people and by being by myself. I’m most energized by an even balance of social interaction and alone time.

I’m also energized by love, nature, group therapy, cats, humor, music, kindness, creativity, curiosity, and (perhaps most importantly) hope.

I hope you are energized by my images for today.

I’m also energized by memories of riding my moped to work, relaxation, and realizing that I don’t have to be right all the time.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “energized”:

.

Thanks to all who help me stay energized, including YOU!

  1. I am energized by time spent outdoors with the sun on my back and the birdsong in my ears. Your wonderful photo journals also energize me. Have a great week, Ann!

  2. May we all feel enough energy to have a good week, Ann. Your photos give me a nice Monday start!

  3. I can almost imagine standing with my toes in that water. I think it will be energizing for me to fully imagine it.

Your food photos always look delicious! Eating it would be energizing, I think

  4. like you, I find most of my energy with small groups or alone, but also enjoy groups for a short time and then need to head out to recharge.

I recently did my Meyers-Briggs and this is how it came out –
INFP – The Mediator: Idealistic with high values, they strive to make the world a better place.

when I read the results in a more in depth way they described me perfectly, so interesting.

all that being said, I do find energy in nature, in encounters with kind humans, in helping, in learning, and in creative pursuits.

  5. Positive feedback energizes me, but, just as importantly, I like to pass the positivity on to others, which is two reasons I’m glad to be here.

  6. Dancing. And the time in the morning, when everything is quiet and peaceful. Like the world is taking a deep breath. When you go out and you only hear the birds chirp. Thanks for the post 🙂
