Day 3303: What are you looking at?

What are you looking at, besides this blog post?

I’m looking at:

  • a cold New England,
  • COVID statistics,
  • hopes and fears about the state of the USA and the rest of the world,
  • one of the 1325 Buddhist Ways to Be Happy,
  • this awesome book by my friend Janet:
  • TV shows including Ted Lasso, Flowers, and Station 11,
  • Twitter, and
  • cats.

Me? I’m also looking at the answers to this question I asked last night on Twitter.

Those answers are helping me compile a list of places I hope to be looking at in the future.

Wherever you are, what are you looking at for this precious day?

I’m looking at another day when I don’t have to go under the scalpel. Yippee!

This comes up when I search YouTube for “what are you looking at?”

Soon, I hope to be looking at your comments.

What are you looking at now? My gratitude for you.

  1. I’m looking at actually going out in the cold today to work at the library, Ann. The great news: I’ll be taking photos and video of a concert in our large community room!

  2. I’m looking at the sleeve I’m knitting for the “Sweater in a Month” challenge. I’m looking at what I’ll be knitting next, my way through winter. I’m looking at the sun although it’s not showed itself for days. We’ve a giant snow storm predicted to start in four hours? I’m looking at my clutter. Thinking I should eliminate it before I die. I’m looking at a mountain of laundry. Im looking away from the newsfeed as it’s so disheartening.

  3. I always enjoy looking at the inside of my eyelids!

  4. Hi Ann, I am looking at the Hummingbirds whizzing around in the thick Central Valley Tule Fog. I am also looking at the balloon lining I made for my Art Deco Hollywood lamp – and wondering – will I ever finish this lampshade? And I am looking at your post as well. I am doing a whole bunch of things for so early in the morning! Have a good day Ann!!!

  5. today, i looked at my blanket, the sky, the water, and my book. and i’m looking at your cats who love to pose and look off into the distance when not looking us in the eye.

  6. Some good laughs in there, Anne, what with the cat antics. And I have danced to that song…Are you writing some new ones?

  7. At the moment I can look up from your blog and see the full moon rising over snow, so I’m looking at two things that make me happy.
