Day 3282: ‘Twas The Day After Christmas

‘Twas the day after Christmas,

And all through the house

This creature was stirring

And chasing a mouse.

The presents were present, ‘twas so nice they were there,

It’s a good thing I love chocolate because there’s plenty to share.

‘Twas the day after Christmas and these National Days:

I’ll choose whining ‘cause my stomach lining is acting up in some ways.

‘Twas the day after Christmas, and I hope that you stay

To answer this latest last question of the day:

“Twas the Day after Christmas” was an episode of M*A*S*H

Which I’m now adding to my gladdening “What to Watch” stash.

‘Twas the day after Christmas and as I pass out of view,

I’m exclaiming and reframing a hearty THANK YOU!

  1. Today I kneaded to make bread!

  2. A new ukulele for my dear friend Ann! I think many great new songs will come from those strings in 2022 and beyond.
My loved ones have gifted me with so many great memories, Ann, each so special in its own way it’s too difficult to choose only one. So I’ll thank my dear wife Karen and terrific daughter Elisabeth for always making each holiday fantastic.
