Is “Weary Willie Day” a great title? What about “National Pastry Day” and “Christmas Card Day”?

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “what’s a great title”?

I think West Side Story is a great title for a musical that has many songs with great titles, and I’m greatly looking forward to seeing that movie this weekend. Here’s the great trailer for Stephen Spielberg’s reworking of that great story:

  1. the gift of nothing.

  2. I’ve always liked ‘The Call of the Wild’ by Jack London.

  3. I enjoyed all of your titles.

  4. puella33

Gabriel Garcia Marquez is one of my favorite writers; I strongly recommend Love in the Time of Cholera

  5. I thought it was great that someone whose YouTube channel is called “Two-Minute Writer” has a video that’s nearly three minutes long. I also think “Weary Willie Day” is both a great title and a great way to remember Emmett Kelly who was not only present at the tragic Hartford Circus tent fire but helped put out the fire and comforted survivors.

  6. When I was in an editor’s seat at the big daily I felt entrusted to put a great title on every story that passed through my hands, Ann, even though we called it a headline. I remember when golfer Hale Irwin won his second U.S. Open I sent the photo through to A1 with the title Hale, Yes! But the editor for that hallowed page changed it to something more straight-news. The things that stick in my brain.

  7. Wonderful titles and some good books in this list! I did laugh out loud at “Nuclear War, What’s in it FOR YOU? That’s hysterical! Your Twitter question was a good one. 🙂
