Day 3211: Trying to make sense of it all

If you are trying to make sense of today’s title, it’s all about the uncommon sense of the Daily Bitch Calendar.

.

I keep trying to make sense of it all, which you might sense in my images for today.

If I’m trying to make sense of it all, Global Cat Day and National Sweetest Day seem like good starting points.

Here’s “Trying to Make Sense of It All” by Human Drama

… “Trying to Make Sense of It All” by Chris Freund

… and “We Try to Make Sense of it All” by Hammock, an ambient/post rock band from Nashville.

Are you trying to make sense of it all?

Gratitude helps me make sense of it all, so thanks to all who have the sense to visit this blog, including YOU!

  1. Some people make it very difficult when trying to make sense of it all!

  2. My favorite mode of transportation my whole life has been putting one foot in front of the other, Ann. I need my car to get to most places most times so I make sure I like that too.

  3. This will be a poignant Halloween

  4. Maureen

The colours of your sky and water are ethereal today.

  5. I don’t think we can make sense of it all, at least not until there’s a Grand Unified Theory that brings together relativity and quantum mechanics, but it makes perfect sense to me that people see and appreciate what you do.

  6. can we ever make sense of it all? I think we may make sense of bits and pieces and that is enough –

  7. If I were to try make sense of it all, I would have to assume that there’s something that’s even remotely understandable out there, an idea, or ‘construct’ which only I myself or society have created since I was born, and once again remains more of a mystery attempting to unravel some human-created secret, or knowledge, which of course continues to be an ongoing problem baffling humankind.

  8. What’s that bush with the red flowers? It’s lovely but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one quite like it!

  9. About the only thing I’m sure of these days is that I can’t make sense of many things! I kind of give up when it comes to that. 😦

I do think your photos are a very strong complement to your theme, Ann. They work. 🙂 And my favorite form of transportation is the train. Don’t get to travel by train too often, but it is a favorite.
