Yesterday, in both my Coping and Healing groups, people shared what they were looking forward to.
I’m looking forward to:
- another Coping and Healing group today,
- Michael’s stroganoff for dinner,
- the weekend,
- walks by the water,
- music,
- dancing,
- connecting,
- being in the moment,
- letting go of regrets about the past and worries about the future,
- accepting all feelings, and
- sharing my images from the last two days.

One of my biggest fears used to be singing and playing imperfectly in front of people. I’ve done so much work on that I am truly looking forward to singing “Vaccinated Women” to the tune of “Fascinating Rhythm” tonight at an Open Mic. I’m also looking forward to sharing that imperfect performance with you tomorrow.
Here’s an imperfect performance of mine from two years ago in LA at the great Ron Lynch’s “Tomorrow” show:
What are you looking forward to? I’m looking forward to your comments, below.
If you’re looking forward to my gratitude to you for showing up here today, here it is!

Thank you for reminding me of how comforting it was back then to eat a bowl of Junket, Ann! I hadn’t thought of that desert of our youth in decades. Today I am looking forward to the coming weekend and hanging out with my dear wife Karen and cherished rescue mutt Ellie B.
I find your comments very comforting, my friend.
I’m looking forward to the Spring.. I got a good chuckle from your first twitter response above, Ann.
I look forward to the Spring and your comments!
If I’d known there was a hilarious video of you warming up at Ron Lynch’s show at the end of this post I would have been looking forward to that all along. And I don’t know if it will ever happen but I look forward to someday giving a speech before Congress or even the United Nations and starting with, “So, who here is from out of town?”
I look forward to everything you have to say, Chris.
Good luck at the open mic!
Thank you! See the next post for how your good luck helped me, Maureen.

I’m looking forward to seeing these nice landscapes. Nice textures from the stone wall against those great clouds in the sky.

I look forward to the breaking of each day and interacting with friends like you. 🥰
Me too, Lori! ❤
Honestly, Ann, I was under so much stress last year that currently I daily wake eager for each day. I feel enthused and relieved and hopeful. 🙂
