Day 2860: Achieve a calm state

How to achieve a calm state four days before the most important Election Day in my long lifetime ?

  • Breathe.
  • Get some nutritious sleep.
  • Eat some nutritious food.
  • Listen to people you love.
  • Restrict your “doomscrolling” through the latest news.
  • Laugh.
  • Express yourself.
  • Get some exercise.
  • Play music.
  • Play.
  • Keep your blood pressure low.
  • Be safe.
  • Share your views, including fun fotos.

Also, realize that it’s hard for the current administration to make a comeback.

Let’s achieve a calm state together as we watch “Porch restaurant caters to chipmunk.”

  2. I walk, I find things left behind, I sing and dance badly with my class – mask on, I visit people outside, I look at rescue baby kitties with olive, I make bread, I write, I connect things, I keep hope in my pocket

  4. Hi Ann – I try to achieve and keep a calm state – just really wishing this year would end – it has been a year of sadness. They say bad things always come in 3s, we have had 2 so far, just holding my breath and praying the third will not come to fruition. I think if I just watch animal videos and keep away from the news – things will be okay. I love the Chipmunk video, that is fabulous!!!

    I enjoyed the chipmunk video, Ann! I’m looking at the puppy pictures and I would like to ask you where you found them. I would like to get a small puppy for my mother. I called the MSPCA and they only have Pitbulls. Have a nice day, everyone

  7. Helping others can help us achieve a calm state, something I thought about watching that chipmunk eat its tiny meals.

  8. It’s hard to make a comeback and achieve a calm state when Harley isn’t there.

  9. Doing my best to achieve calm, Ann, but it ain’t easy! My nerves are rubbed raw. Throwing myself into the arms of Mother Nature this weekend in hopes of finding succor.

  10. Restricting “doom scrolling” absolutely MUST be top of my list or I will implode. I am glad we are in this together. Somehow that really helps me, Ann.
