Because I’m mad about so many things right now, I’m going to perform “I’m Mad About You” — which I wrote when I was mad about the last U.S. Supreme Court Confirmation Hearings — at a remote Open Mic this Friday, October 16, 7 PM – 9 PM, EDT.
Because I’m mad about/in love with sharing my performances, here’s the link to sign up to attend that Open Mic:

You might be mad about missing your chance to see and hear “I’m Mad About You” unless you sign up by this Thursday.
Are you mad about any of my photos from yesterday?

If you’re mad about anything, VOTE!!!
I’m mad about how this photos has the word RIP in it …

… which I did.

Here‘s my performance of “I’m Mad About You” at the Jam’n Java Open Mic two years ago, on NOVEMBER 3.
Please express what you’re mad about in a comment, below.
I’m mad about collecting and expressing gratitude, so thanks to all who help me blog about all the things I’m mad about, including YOU!

I’m trying not to think about what’s going on south of the border today. It’s Thanksgiving Day here in Canada and I’m ever so grateful to be alive and healthy and that my family are able to visit today. We’ll be wearing masks and social distancing and hopefully will be able to sit outside. Thank you for your daily thoughts and hopefully after November 3rd they’ll be happier ones.
I’m mad about you, Carol, in a good and happy way.
That Daily Bitch line haha
I know you’re mad about that calendar, Alex — have you bought it for anybody?
Not everyone would want it sadly
Ay ay ay! I’m going to have to avoid the news today. Ugh. I feel just the way your song says.
I feel less mad when I know I’m not alone, Lisa.
Can’t be mad about the kitty turning off the TV and listening to life around her/him, nor that wonderful dinner. Thank goodness, for most of us, being mad is a fleeting thing. See it, acknowledge it, see if you can do anything about it, then let it go. The world needs us back!
I need you back, Claudia, and we have each other’s back!
I feel the same way as you do in the song. Good song.
Thank you !
I’m intrigued by the way “mad” in England usually means “crazy” but in the United States it means “angry”. Now I’m trying to find how that happened, but it’s quite a tangled history.

I’m madly intrigued by your comment, Chris.
remember the old movie, ‘it’s a mad, mad, world,’ with phil silvers and an ensemble cast? i feel like we’re all living it right now, and racing to the finish.
I remember that movie very well, beth, and I was madly in love with it when I was a kid.
Me too!
I’m mad about Harley being Oscar’s successor.
Harley and Oscar used to make each other mad!
I do hope the election doesn’t make you madder
I don’t know if I could be any madder, Derrick, but we shall see.
I’m mad about the divide in our nation, Ann.
Me too, my friend.
