Day 2821: Fall

As we approach the fall of 2020, I’m wondering what is going to fall apart and what is going to fall together.

Do you see fall in these recent images?

Those who forget history are doomed, period, so VOTE this fall.

Here‘s a tribute to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg which falls beautifully into place:

I look forward to reading whatever thoughts and feelings fall into the comments section, below.

Gratitude prevents me from falling every day, so thanks to all who help me create these fall, winter, spring, and summer posts, including YOU.

  1. A poem/haiku for the ‘Fall’ Ann…

    “I stand in your shade
Your limbs shed leaves over me
I’m warm in your arms” … Ivor Steven. 9/21/2020

  2. Let’s hope that everything falls into place and the world starts to regain its right mindedness.

  3. Not to worry, fALL under control! ㄱ(ㅇㅅㅇ” )ㄴ

  4. I like RBG’s words of wisdom and will look up that NYT article. Happy New Year, Ann, let’s hope it is a good one.

As the flowers bid their last good -byes, the sun will always shine and accompany eyes through whatever storm we encounter. These next few weeks will seem like torture politically, but I think that goodness will prevail this time.

  6. Tell Harley not to fall over that puffy landscape of yours, although I like the one with the long golden grass too.

  7. I feel like so much of the world is falling apart right now, but at least that’s causing so many people to come together.

  8. i see lots of fall in these pics, and it is my very favorite season. i so prefer the word ‘fall’ to ‘fail.’ what a difference one letter can make.

  9. I see the winds of autumn, yes, Ann. I also spot stuff carelessly discarded by humans instead of recycled properly as easy prey for those gusts to scatter …

  10. Trying desperately not to let my natural sense of optimism fall flat in these terribly challenging times. Thanks for the continued encouragement to look for the ‘bright side of life,’ Ann. Your post brought to mind this silly ditty, which never fails to make my frown fall in favor of a smile…. https://youtu.be/X_-q9xeOgG4
