Here and now, I’m pointing out that the subtitle of this blog, The Year(s) of Living Non-Judgmentally, is “Here and now, with all of it.”
I’m doing two online Zoom meetings for my group psychotherapy organization this morning, and I’m going to do my best to be in the here and now, with all of it.
Why is it so difficult for us to be in the here and now, with all of it?
I could guess, but I’d rather be in the here and now, with all of these photos.
This music, which I shared in a recent post, has been helping me stay in the here and now, with all of it.
Here and now, all of your reactions are welcome.
Here and now, with all of my gratitude to YOU, until next time.
Harley and Oscar will coach you, here and now, with all of it.
Thanks for bringing all of this, Maria!
Here’s to you now and always, Ann.
Back at you, my here-and-now friend.
Here and now you’ve got the galleries working well
Here and now that’s a big compliment from you, Derrick.
Neither here nor now but this week I read a review of Maryanne Wolf’s Reader, Come Home: The Reading Brain in a Digital World in which the author expresses her concern that the internet has taken away her ability to enjoy books. And yet all it takes for her to find her way back is to read again. All it takes to be here and now with all of it, or with whatever you enjoy, is a little practice.
Thanks, Chris, for making the here and now more enjoyable, as always.
Thank you, Ann, for your kindness here and now!!!
Here and now, I repeat this: it takes one kind person to know another one!!! ❤
Sending you much love and hugs, here and now! ♡♡ ʕ ⊃・ ◡ ・ ʔ⊃♡♡
Sending much love and hugs back there, now! ❤ ❤ ❤

It’s hard to be in the Here and Now because the world is in a constant flux, so we project to the future. Have a nice day, Ann
It’s hard but nicer to be in the Here and Now, if we can manage it. Many thanks for this comment!
It’s all a matter of one’s situation. You do whatever it takes to make it through the day There shouldn’t be unnecessary rules for a preference- it would be even more stressful
How is Oscar feeling? He is looking very loved.
Oscar and the rest of us, here and now, send love to you.
For some reason, my yellow avatar has disappeared. Hmm. I am here and now, but maybe not with all of it.
You always bring so much, Maureen!
The here and now is where we are and wherer I like being, having no desire to relive the past
I’m glad you’re here now, Jo-Anne.
Here and now, I read your blog and the comments! Now I need to go to bed.
Here and now, it’s great to see your face and read your words, Lisa!
i clearly was late for the here and now, only to respond to it in next day and later timeframe. yesterday, i was not here, but there, hiking through the wooded hills.
I’m so glad you were there and I’m so grateful whenever you’re here!
He looks like the fits in well with the other tigers!
