Day 2651: Today is …

Today is …

  • the two thousandth, six hundredth, and fifty-first day I’ve been blogging,
  • a day when we are dreading the upcoming surge of COVID-19 cases,
  • a day unlike any other,
  • a day that feels like this:

  • a day when I’m noticing the many prescient images I posted in this blog during the days of February and March 2020:

  • a day when I remember that ID stands for Infectious Disease, and
  • a day when I share all of the photos I took yesterday.

Today is a day I share all these songs about today (found here, here, here, here, here, and here today on YouTube):

Today is a day I am curious about your thoughts and feelings about today.

Today is a day, like every other day, that I express gratitude for all that I have, including YOU.

  1. Good songs! They are keeping me company while I wait for the news on the radio.

  2. I cannot believe it is the 4th of April. A few days ago I was dying to get to April. I must be getting used to this isolation.

  3. I’ve decided today is going to be a good day.

  4. Today is a day to be thankful, as was yesterday and, I hope, every day.

  5. puella33

To day I’m spending my birthday counting my blessings and praying for others.

  6. Today is just another day suck at home

  7. thank you for straightening out what day it is, right from the get go. one of things i actually think is a positive for me, is waking up when i wake, going to sleep when i’m tired, and eating when i’m hungry. more of a natural rhythm. only thing i have to take into consideration time and day wise, is getting up to organize, plan, and implement school. and at times, have live meetings online with my kinder. other than that, i’m falling into the rhythm and i’m feeling okay, not ideal, but okay, and i’m thankful for that. plus – spaghetti and meatballs.

  10. Today is a day to enjoy nature’s symphony in the form of a thunderstorm. Hope your day is an easy one, Ann…
