Day 2551: 3 steps for perfect results

Yesterday, while I was taking non-perfect steps to leave the house and go to work, I noticed this:

  1. I stopped.
  2. I took a picture.
  3. I thought, “That’s the title for tomorrow’s blog!”

After I took many more steps to get to my office, this was the perfect-enough result:

  1. Show up.
  2. Be gentle.
  3. Tell the truth.

Those are 3 steps we can all take for great results.

I shall now take steps to share my other photos from yesterday.

  1. I love my work.
  2. I love my son.
  3. I love all 3 versions of this song (here, here, and here).

  1. Don’t you worry about a thing.
  2. Leave a comment, if you like.
  3. Accept my thanks to all who help me take steps to create this daily blog, including YOU.

  1. I love the 3 step approach

  2. Attend to my blog. Read my friends’ blogs. Comment on my friends’ blogs. Thanks, Ann!

  3. Oh, a post devoid of comments and I don’t yet have my 3 steps lined up for the perfect result. By the way, were you aware that yesterday was World Toilet Day. Crap, I missed it.

I like your recipe for perfect results, Ann. Have a nice day

  5. Sometimes when I ask someone a really obvious question I add, “I’ll give you three guesses and the first two don’t count.”
Obviously, though, “obvious” is relative so even if they don’t get it right in three guesses I allow as many as it takes. And if you don’t get perfect results in three steps take as many as you need.

  6. Three steps for pefect, well if I tired to take 3 steps upwards I would fall down, just saying

  7. Show up, be gentle, tell the truth are three very good tenets or instructions. I should really hang them on the wall. Thanks, Ann. You have shared these before but they always resonate for me,

  9. Ready, smile, snap! Thanks for taking a “wefie” with me. (Ɔ˘⌣˘)(˘⌣˘)
