Day 2465: Note to self

Note to self: go back to work today after an incredible trip to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Note to self: write notes for …

Note to self: share some new photos from yesterday, which I took myself.

Note to self: Halloween and Thanksgiving are actually several months away.

Note to self: Share Class Notes: A Journey Through Musical Emotion.

Notes to self:

  • Practice acceptance of all feelings.
  • If you feel overwhelmed by too much to do, take one step at a time.

If you want to leave a note to me, yourself, and others, see the comments section below.

Note to self:  express  gratitude and thanks for all the selves who help me create these daily posts and for those who read them, including yourself!

  1. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself, Ann.

  2. Even though your college reunion and your new song are big victories I also hope you write a note to yourself to celebrate the small victories. Every victory deserves to be celebrated.

  3. Note to self. Stop and take a breath. In and out. Savour the beginning and end of your day. Spoiler alert. I read your blog every day. It’s not a spoiler alert that your Fringe show went well. We knew you could do it! Yea!

  4. If I did a note to myself it would be you can do this

  5. Note to self. If you feel like you need to calm down, sit down and calm down. You give very good advice and notes as always, Anne. I’m so glad your trip was good and you’re back!

  6. The dog in therapy who doesn’t think he is actually a good boy made.me chuckle. Thanks!

  7. Note to self: I’d better start preparing myself for autumn and inevitably the end of the year! I may need another pep talk first. 🙂

    • Note to both of us — dealing with the passage of time is challenging! Thanks for all your wonderful notes, Debra.

  8. Have yourself a very smooth return to work
