Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month? I wouldn’t have, either, except I saw this yesterday:
I agree that there are lots of ways to get nutrition, including games, snacks, and prizes.
I think it’s interesting that national nutrition month is the same month that, in this nation,
- offers no holidays from work,
- comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb,
- has a mind-and-body disrupting time change, and
- features green food and drink, which never looks particularly nutritious to me.
Can you find any nutrition in my other photos from yesterday?
I look forward to finding and supplying nutrition for others during National Nutrition Month.
I find nutrition in Neil Young‘s music. A search for “Neil Young Nutrition” brings this up on YouTube …
… and this:
I look forward to the nutrition in your comments.
Nutritious thanks to all who helped me create this “National Nutrition Month” post and — of course! — to unrepeatable, magical YOU.
You feed my mind every day, March and the 11 other months, Ann.
Thanks for all the years of your nutritious presence, Mark.
Ahh…a food for thought post! ٩(*ゝڡ◕๑)۶♥
Ahh…another nutritious comment from you!

National Nutrition Month is for Normally Nutritious Meals by Michael!
Thanks for the nutrition you have supplied over the months, Maria!
Why did the Easter Egg hide? I’ve never heard that one before. Now that I know the answer I feel guilty about eating eggs, although I suspect I’ll go through denial, anger, depression, bargaining, and finally crack.
Another nutritious comment from you, Chris. Don’t hide from tomorrow’s post, with more nutritious details about Easter Eggs.
Leo said to tell you bunnies are cute and he loves bunnies more than chocolate
Tell Leo I love to hear from you and also him!
I think kindness and compassion are nourishment for the soul
Thanks for your nourishing kindness and compassion, Lisa.
The cards are really funny, Ann. I laughed out loud at a couple of them. And your observation that March doesn’t offer any substantive “jump start” to encourage support of nutrition, is well stated. Does make me wonder what the thinking is! LOL! Lucky you, though, that Michael makes such obviously nutritional meals. Your salmon dinner looked fabulous! 🙂
Your wonderful presence is always nutritious, Debra!
I really love that video with the two Neil Youngs singing Old Man. Who is the younger Young?
I really love your nutritious comments, Maureen, and the younger Young is Jimmy Fallon, who hosts The Tonight Show and who does great impressions of singers.
lovely video keep sharing
Thanks for this lovely and nutritious comment, Michelle.
