Day 2279: Everything will be okay in the end.

The title of today’s post leaves off the end of a quote from John Lennon:

Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

In the end, everything will be okay in my previously unshared and recent photos.

If it’s not okay, it’s not the end of my photos or my blog posts.

Everything will be okay in the end with the two songs I’m deciding to share today (here and here on YouTube).

Everything will be okay in the end of each post, because I express my thanks to all who help me create this daily blog and — of course! — to YOU.

  1. May we have a day with everything OK, Ann.

  2. It’s a wonderful quote.

  3. It’s almost the end of the day and, as John Lennon also said, nobody told me there’d be days like these—strange days indeed. Strange, but things will get better.

  4. Everything will be okay in the end when Oscar writes a smashing bestseller.

  5. Words to live by, Ann! I like to think that even in the most trying times it all comes out better in the end. I’m hanging on to that despite evidence to the contrary. The current political %&$# comes to mind.

  6. Just stopped by and was so happy to read your blog today! I’ve stopped looking for good days versus bad days, but I savor the good moments in every day. My dad, May He Rest In Peace, used to quote an LA radio guy who’d say, “EGBOK” meaning “everything’s gonna be okay.” Daddy died young and sure had some days with nothing was okay, but in the end he was more than okay. He still is.
