Day 2102: Less Stress. More Love.

Who wants less stress?  Who wants more love?

Any ideas about how to get less stress and more love?

Maybe somebody should package and sell less stress and more love.

Don’t stress, but please guess what product guarantees “Less Stress. More Love.” I would love to reveal the answer in tomorrow’s post.

Do you see more or less love or stress anywhere else?

I have less stress and more love whenever I talk to my son Aaron. When I watch the news, I have more stress and less love.

Here‘s Less Stress – Dr Love (Club Mix):

Less stress, more love to all who helped me create today’s blog post and — of course! — to YOU.

  1. Giving love reduces stress

  2. I’m with Derrick. And don’t watch the news!

  3. I’m glad to see you got the connection with Aaron to reduce stress and increase love, Ann.

  4. Have felt pretty stressed lately, but Hubby is always there to hold my hand, give me a cuddle, or just say ‘I love you.’ Lucky , lucky me.

  5. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I see several ways to reduce stress and get love in your pictures, including family and good food. The olives especially remind me of the time I was at a Greek market and told I could try some of the olives they had. By the time I was done I’d tried so many I said they should have weighed me before and after, but they said I didn’t need to stress about it.

  6. I hope it worked after you tried again?

  7. Here is a musician who didn’t stress when he and other motorists were stuck in the middle of nowhere for several hours yesterday after a surprise snowstorm hit parts of southern Alberta. He played “O Canada” for other motorists and they showed their love by honking their horns. As far as I know, everybody’s heart was warmed and nobody froze to death.

    • I feel less stress and more love watching this, Maureen. Also, I’ve been keeping my ukulele in my car lately, playing it and singing when I’m stuck in traffic.

  8. A cuddle from one of my grandchildren helps me stress less and feel more loved, usually Leo

  9. Well, that meal says more love. And you gotta love Canadians! As for less stress, well, everybody’s got to work that out for themselves (I create my own a lot of times). And I think that might be an iPhone case, though how it would provide more love and less stress is beyond me. More cowbell!

    • More comments from Lisa, which always give less stress and more love! And that’s not an iPhone case. See my next post for the answer. ❤

  10. No one could have stress it with more love. ╭(♡・ㅂ・)و ̑̑

  12. What a handsome young man! Keep him in mind at all times to crowd out the other politically charged “stress” channels or however else all the negativity gets in! I’m trying to practice what I preach, Ann! 🙂

  13. This was part of a dinner conversation last night. The politics of today is stressing so many out. Just talking about the stress—stressed me out.

  14. I feel less stress after yoga, in my sauna, walking and making cat chase her laser light all over the house.
