Yesterday, in a therapy group, people made lists of what’s bad for them and what’s good for them.
What would you put in your lists of what’s bad for you and what’s good for you?
Do you see anything that’s bad for you or good for you in my photos?
Here‘s a Good AND Bad Song from The Powerpuff Girls.
It would be bad for me to miss my 7:30 AM Physical Therapy appointment, so it’s good for me to end now with thanks to all who helped me create today’s post and — of course! — to YOU.
Michael’s meal would be good. Otherwise, I’m ambivalent 🙂
I’m often ambivalent too, Derrick. But your comments and posts are good for me.
🙂
It’s good for me to read your blog before I leave for my day at the library, Ann.
It’s bad that I didn’t reply to comments on this blog a year ago, Mark, bu it’s good that I’m commenting now!
HOw can chocolate lasagna not be good for you? How can chocolate anything not be good? 🙂
How can you not be good for me, Louise?
Chocolate lasagna? Wow!
Wow! It took me many months to see your good comment and to respond, Sunny.
When you do something well and someone says “Good for you!” that really is good for you. Positive reinforcement is beneficial.
Good for you for leaving this positive comment, Chris. Good for me for finally noticing it and responding to it today.
Negative stuff is bad, happy positive stuff is good, just saying
What you’re just saying is good, Joanne!
Yup, Michael’s meal would be good. I love the lists–chocolate covered pastry lobster tails, yeah, would probably be bad…For me, too much computer is bad. I’m trying to use it for good things without getting sucked in…
Lisa, I’m trying to use my computer for good things, too, including responding to good comments like yours.
