Day 1834: Know yourself

I know myself enough to know that

  • every once in a while I oversleep (like this morning),
  • I can’t be late for work,
  • I want to publish a post every morning,
  • I like to share photos, and
  • I’m proud of my son and his friends (who’ve known themselves and each other for a long time).

Therefore, this is my post today:

I’ve already published a post on being yourself.  I do trust myself.  Like most people I know, I’m working on loving myself.

If I know my readers, I know they’ll be themselves in their comments.

Knowing and purposeful thanks to Aaron, Cameron, Clark, and YOU!

  1. That’s a good crowd to be yourself with, Ann!

  2. Good morning, Ann! You inspire me! I oversleep too and just realized I missed my weekly Diversion post. 🙄 Aaron and his friends look like they really have fun together! Very important for health and wellbeing!

  3. I know myself. Have learned to like and love myself. Can’t say I’m always happy with myself. 😉

  4. Aww, great post, Ann, and an excellent way to start my day! We all need to work on this, we should love ourselves more than anything else! Happy New Year to you and your beautiful family! xo

  5. Who? Me? (Has the full beard gone?)

  6. The saying “clothes make the man” comes to mind because Aaron and his friends are wearing matching t-shirts and yet each one is different in his own way. Knowing themselves they know what’s inside matters more than the outside.

  7. Wonderful photos. I love the pictures of Aaron and his friends. They look like wonderful people who enjoy each other’s company. I wonder if they are listening to any misheard lyrics?

I hope that you made it to work on time, after having had a cup of tea and finding the purpose of life. 🙂

  8. “Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.”- Carl Jung
