Day 1780: Healthy/Not so healthy

When the days turn dark and cold, I witness more people talking about healthy and not so healthy habits.

Yesterday, in a therapy group, people made lists of healthy and not so healthy things in their lives.IMG_4961

Is it healthy to make lists like that?

Do you see healthy or not so healthy things in my other photos from yesterday?

Whenever I see a huge truck with evocative words and images like “Lost Angel,” I assume it’s full of alcohol.  Is that healthy or not so healthy?

Here’s some healthy music on YouTube:

Is it healthy or not so healthy to make comments on the internet?

I know it’s healthy to express gratitude, so thanks to all who helped me create this post and to you — of course! — for reading.

  1. Eating Michael’s meals – I’d call that healthy

  2. I think”😄 it’s healthy that I’m still able to read and enjoy your article here in Australia at midnight. A happy soul is a healthy soul ♡♡

  3. When I see folks leave a restroom without washing their hands, I squirm at how unhealthy they’re making the world for the rest of us, Ann.

  4. I love your healthies and the not healthies Ann- great seeing all in a list- mind reading and all or nothing especially good ones!

  5. I have a theory that when the weather gets cool we crave certain “less healthy” foods because our bodies need extra calories to keep us warm. That may just be a convenient excuse for craving onion rings, though.

  6. Healthy and unhealthy things I don’t think much about

  7. To be healthyg I would say … everything in moderation! (Apart from washing my hands) I sound like my Grandmother 😊

  8. Marcia Dubreuil

Three things that are healthy are not on your group list: laughter, making love and forgiveness. I try to skip the greens and go for one or more of these every day. Often, I fail, but not for lack of material.

  9. Come on Anne. Where are the donuts!

  10. I am starting to feel more respect for tea bags than some people of influence these days.

  11. Oh the wisdom of the teabag! Wonderful post.
