Money, money, money, money has been on my mind, my mind, my mind, my mind.
Money has been on my mind, more than usual, because of
- selling AND buying homes this month,
- getting estimates about remodeling our new home,
- awareness of how much money affects people’s mental health, and
- the focus on money in the media.
Yesterday morning, Fabricio helped me with important money, money, money, money transactions at my bank.
Fabricio’s smile, warmth, helpfulness, and support are money, money, money, money to me.
Any money, money, money, money in my other photos from yesterday?
The money, money, money, money we’ll spend on remodeling our new home will help Michael keep making meals like that one. We can’t decide how much $$$$ that’s worth, but we’ll figure it out.
Comments, comments, comments, comments are money, money, money, money to me. And so is gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. Thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks to all who helped me create today’s money post and to you, you, you, you — of course! — for all you’re worth.
If only the world didn’t need so much money money money I could use the little money I have to do more fabulous things.
You are fabulous fabulous fabulous fabulous.
❤
oh money, money, money, having it helps but doesn’t necessarily make for happiness. Adopting one of those greyhounds might, or eating that delicious meal. https://youtu.be/cpbbuaIA3Ds
Your comments make me happy, Lisa! ❤
Can I hire you as my chef? I can pay you in poetry ha. I wrote one on my blog which I hope you like.
Pay me in poetry, Alex! Your poem is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
Awww thanks. I think I have the better end of the deal 😉
Your photos of Michael’s food could be worth a fortune, Ann, paired with his recipes in a book. Could pay for a kitchen remodel. Just sayin …
Keep sayin sayin sayin sayin, my friend. Your sayings are worth a fortune.
So many things to make us happy — and none of them cost an arm and a leg — or any money at all. Like visiting here — though I guess, the electricity to power my laptop, the modem to connect to the internet, my monthly fees to have internet… oh dear…. all this talk of money money money makes me conscious of how privileged I am to have money money money talks!
LOL — the short story I share on my blog today is all about money too! 🙂 As always, being in sync with you and your delightful thoughts makes me feel wealthy beyond my imaginings!
I am privileged to be in sync with you on WordPress, Louise. ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Money won’t fix everything..but it sure helps. That meal looks delicious! I’m making something like it tomorrow for supper. Yum!
Your comments sure help, Dawn.
Unless I’m mistaken Michael has made eggplant parmesan, a dish I used to make in college whenever I wanted to impress a date, especially if said date happened to be vegetarian. It’s been a long time since I’ve made it, mainly because it’s so rich, but it was also an economic meal for an impecunious college student. Even then I knew what ABBA says so well: money, money, money must be funny in the rich man’s world.
The comments you make always impress, Chris.
If the size of your lapels, indicated how much money, money, money, you had, the O’Jays would be swimming in dough. Are you thinking of buying your cats a puppy? I vote for a Michael cook book with your pictures. Makes my mouth water!
I told Michael about your very valuable comment so maybe some day we’ll be swimming in dough!
Ah yes…the necessary evil…we all need just a little more than we need to survive. And I, too, love the look of that dish. I am happy happy happy I have found you and your blog!
I am happy happy happy happy we found each other, Claudia!
This post was the money shot Ann.
Funny, funny, funny, funny!
Wow, papardelle 🍝 with asparagus and portobello mushrooms topped with oven-roasted eggplant! 🍆❤️ Lucky girl! ❤️ I love June’s “fearless” message too. 🌞
I love your messages, Sunny! ❤
That looks like a fabulous dinner. Worth much moolah.
Your fabulous comments are worth much moolah, Lisa!
There was much that was terrifying in Cabaret. Are we there again?
That would be terrifying terrifying terrifying terrifying, Derrick.
