My DNA is occasionally flummoxed by acronyms, such as when a friend of mine took the MCAT, which I was sorry to learn was not a cat but the Medical College Admission Test. But I and some of her other friends made her a bunch of celebratory posters. One of mine included this question: “Which of these best describes DNA? (a) Circle (b) Triangle (c) Double helix (d) Elvis”. There was also a picture of Elvis saying, “Cytosine, adenine…”
I think such foolishness is in my DNA.
