Day 1252: Another day, another _____

Another day, another blog post.

Another day, another question: How would you fill in the blank of “Another day, another _____”?

Another day, another memory:  “Another day, another dollar.”

Another day, another milestone: My son is graduating high school today.

Another day, another song choice.  Here are three tunes I’ve been hearing in my head, as I write another blog post:

#1 Sixteen Tons.

#2 Sunrise Sunset.

#3 The Schuyler Sisters (from the musical Hamilton, with the lyrics “look around, look around”).

Another day, another request for comments.

Another day, another thank you to all those who helped me create this post and to you — of course!  — for another visit.

  1. A nice reflective post for me, as I prepare to meet another week ahead (Sunday night here)…and I like this saying, For me, with so much work, travel and deadlines to hit this week, I can put a twist on dollar, and instead use: “another day, another dolor” Although things really are not that bleak 🙂 Wishing you a great Sunday ahead of you Ann ~ take care!

  2. Another day another example of great blogging stamina. And originality. And great pics.

  3. Those “sisters” talented. ☺ I heard the opening song from Joe a lot growing up, where loading 16 tons was a reality, not a metaphor.

Best wishes for an emotional day for you both. Sunrise, sunset…. Let the tears flow, Ann. ❤️

Congratulations on your son’s high school graduation! Wasn’t it just a day or two ago that I met him when he was a newborn?!

And that is quite a terrific list of ideas for filling in the blank of your post title.

  5. I love the admonition to hold onto nothing as fast as you can!

  6. Another day, another lesson learned. Congratulations to your son on his graduation 😊🎓

  7. I like “Another day, another dollar”. It has quite deeper meaning to me.

  8. Another day another production of moments.

  9. Love the all embracive variety- and the cute kitties!

  11. Another day, another of Ann’s stimulating … And yes, kinda weird takes on the world around you! Another thank you for sharing as you do 💛

  12. Congratulations to Aaron — and I love the picture of the shoes!

  13. Another day, another surprise!

  14. Now I’ve got Tori Amos’ “Pretty Good Year” blending with Paul Simon’s latest in this wonderful thick stew in my brain – “Hold onto nothing as fast as you can; you’ll never get a wristband, my man….”

Hooray for all the good, and the milestones.

Another day, another chance to love and be loved.
